Review :

For 2006, the larger sized Escalade ESV is carried over with few changes. Available in two trims (Base AWD and Platinum Edition), the ESV is over 22 inches longer than the Escalade and features standard seating for eight passengers (a second row bench is optional at no cost). Both models feature a 345-hp high output engine, all speed traction control, and a vehicle stability enhancement system for greater safety. The Platinum Edition upgrades the Base model with standard a rear entertainment system with integrated navigation, heated and cooled front cup holders and quad bucket seats, sunroof, 20-inch chrome alloy wheels, and more interior refinement.

2005 2006 Cadillac Escalade ESV offers a high-compression 345-horsepower V8 engine with 380 ft. lbs. of torque. The new Escalade ESV and EXT rides like a luxury sedan, one of the reasons is a suspension system that adapts to road surfaces and conditions by the way you drive. Cadillac Escalade's improve safety with a Passenger Sensing System, this system sensors the seat and safety belts and analyze the size and weight of the front seat passenger, then the system turns off the front passenger air bag if it detects a child seat and not a full size rider. A light on the rearview mirror will confirm air bag status of the SUV. 2005 2006 Cadillac Escalade EXT Cadillac improves safety too, with the identical Passenger Sensing System as the ESV Cadillac SUV. The new Cadillac Escalade EXT is the beginning configurable cargo bed configurations. To add to flexibility, if you're only carrying small items the 2005 2006 and 04 Escalade EXT also has lockable interior storage compartments. Standard features include air bags (driver and front passenger), side-impact driver and front passenger air bags, front-impact and dual level passenger sensing system. The new Cadillac Escalade EXT and ESV also have a premier audio system by Bose, Cadillac calls it the Premium Bose® digital music system, it's an indash, single load, 6 disc CD changer with AudioPilot® noise compensation technology the Escalade has 7 speakers equalized to EXT's interior. For storage this Cadillac SUV has front center console large storage compartments, dual cupholders. A BVLGARI designed clock, overhead console with reading lamps and HomeLink™ controls add to the luxury and convenience. Driver system information readouts for personal and business trips for the odometer reader. The new Escalade's information center is packed with important information, the DIC has up to 32 driver information messages including annual mileage data, range on remaining fuel, and day date time which can be displayed in three languages. The Cadillac DIC is the control center to remote door locking and unlocking feedback, headlamp delay, perimeter lighting, seat position recall, alarm warning, and outside mirrors. Both of the new 2005 2006 custom Cadillac Escalade's (ESV and EXT) are great buys. This new Cadillac SUV has proven to be easily configurable and luxurious.
