Five Star is a distinction awarded to select Chrysler Dealerships which achieve high standards for Customer Satisfaction, training, facilities, and vehicle sales.

Don Ferrario explains, "Ferrario Auto Center, in Towanda, Pa, has been a Five Star Dealership for many years. We acquired the Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep Dealership in Elmira, NY, in April, 2008, and immediately began the process of raising the Dealership sales and service processes, to meet Five Star requirements. This included many hours of sales and service training, as well as a refresh of our entire facility. Customers have commented on the difference.".

Ferrario Auto Team began in 1969, with Ferrario Chevrolet, in Towanda, Pa. "We will be celebrating our 40th anniversary next month!", says Don Ferrario.
