For 2009, the Nissan Sentra continues with few changes from last year.
Available in 2.0 and SE-R trims, with the SE-R also coming in the SE-R
Spec V. The Spec V features a high output version of the SE-R 2.5L
engine and is rated at 200 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque. The
standard transmission is a 6-speed manual but the vehicle also features
a specially tuned suspension, larger brakes and optional Helical
Limited Slip Differential. Sentra 2.0 models features an optional
Continuously Variable Automatic which achieves 25/33 city/highway
mileage EPA estimates. All Sentra models features an updated rear
trunk-lid design, MP3 playback capable stereo and available Premium
Audio Package for this year. New FE Plus models and Base 2.0 with a
manual transmission were added mid-year to the line-up.
